Interlude I (Palimpsest Thick)

She wrote in minuscule
On a cuneiform roll

She cut and pasted silly
In canted abandon

She printed the word
A word unknown

She layered a palimpsest
With self-inflicted pain

She built the word piles
She tried.

She failed.
She failed again.
